Turning every child’s story into a masterpiece of protection and hope

Krish and Ohanna established Save Little Hearts, a project that aims to raise awareness about child sexual abuse. By educating underprivileged children on safe and unsafe touch and response systems, the initiative hopes to create a safer environment for children. Their efforts have yielded positive results, with multiple awareness sessions held, reaching a total of 120 students from government schools and underserved areas. To expand their reach, Save Little Hearts has partnered with Rotary Club and the NGO Shifting Orbits. They have arranged for a psychologist to visit the children regularly to reinforce safety guidelines for prevention and early response. In addition, Save Little Hearts will distribute its own animated book, entitled “Safety with SuperMaya,” to schools and libraries to further educate young minds. The team’s ultimate goal is to reach more children and create a safer world for them.

With a commitment to positive change, she ahs raised 1.15 lakhs, conducting impactful sessions in government schools, reaching over 500 participants. Addressing practical needs, distributed solar lamps, promoting both improved living conditions and eco-friendly solutions. The online awareness sessions, featuring WWF officials, and collaborations with the head of Jungle Lodges and Resorts (JLR) at Kabini, strive to harmonize conservation and responsible tourism. The personal connection to nature remains the guiding force, steering the Mowgli Movement towards a future where tribal communities and their forested homes thrive in harmony. This isn’t just a project; it’s a heartfelt commitment to preserving landscapes that have shaped the narrative and contributing to a legacy of coexistence and sustainability.
