This comes as the company aims to become more self-sustainable, says its founder and CEO
HEALTHTECH startup Doctor Anywhere is laying off 8.1 per cent of its workforce across Singapore and South-east Asia, according to an internal e-mail seen by The Business Times.
The move is believed to have affected dozens of employees. In January 2022, the company announced plans to hire more than 200 additional staff for its Singapore office, expanding its workforce from 450 employees.
Lim Wai Mun, founder and CEO of Doctor Anywhere, announced the layoffs in a company-wide e-mail earlier in the month.
