The National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence Session 1 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025 on January 22, 2025. With less than 15 days remaining, candidates are rigorously preparing for one of India’s largest entrance exams. It is expected that NTA will soon release the examination city slips for registered candidates.
Once the link is activated, candidates can download the city slip, which will provide details about their designated exam city from the official website, i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in. Following the release of the city slip, NTA will issue the JEE Mains 2025 admit cards.
JEE Mains 2025 session 1 examination city slip: Steps to download
Candidates can follow these steps to check and download the JEE Mains 2025 session 1 examination city slip:
Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., jeemains.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘JEE Mains session 1 examination city slip’ (once released).
Step 3: login to your account and download the examination city slip.
Step 4: Take a printout of it for future reference.
According to the official website, NTA will conduct JEE Mains Session 1 at various centers across cities in India and 15 cities abroad. Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) will take place on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025, in two shifts: the first shift from 9 AM to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), and Paper 2A & 2B (B.Arch and B.Planning combined) will be held on January 30, 2025, in a single shift, from 3 PM to 6:30 PM. Candidates can click here to read the official notice.
