NEET UG 2024 result out: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024. The results for undergraduate courses are now available on the official NTA NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. They can also be accessed on neet.ntaonline.in.
In addition to the NEET results, NTA will also announce the names of the all-India toppers and provide category-wise cut-off marks and percentile ranks.

Here’s a step by step guide to download NEET UG 2024 result:
Step 1: Open your web browser and go to the official website of NTA NEET at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET
Step 2: Look for the NEET 2024 Result link on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: Provide your login details as required, then click on submit.
Step 4: Your NEET 2024 scorecard will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Review the scorecard for accuracy and then proceed to download it.
Step 6: Print a hard copy of the scorecard for future reference or necessity.

The NEET UG entrance examination took place on May 5, 2024. The provisional answer key was made available on May 29, with the objection window closing on June 1, 2024. The final answer key for NEET 2024 was released on June 3, 2024. Following past trends, the results were declared today, shortly after the release of the final answer key.
According to media reports, a total of 996,393 male candidates, 1,331,321 female candidates, and 17 transgender candidates participated in the exam. The overall attendance rate was 96.94 percent, with male candidates showing a rate of 96.92 percent, females at 96.96 percent, and transgender candidates at 94.44 percent.

NEET UG 2024 result out: Cut-off expected soon

Admission to prestigious medical colleges in India depends on the NEET UG cut-off, which varies each year and differs based on caste-based categories, colleges, and other factors. The cut-off marks establish the minimum score that candidates must achieve to be eligible for admission to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) courses.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will prepare the Merit List/All India Rank (AIR) according to the qualifying/eligibility criteria and other norms, as well as the relevant regulations and guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), Dental Council of India (DCI), Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (AYUSH), National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), and Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), as applicable.
