Payment of Processing Fee: Candidates who did not pay the processing fee during earlier phases can pay Rs. 700/- (OC & BC candidates) or Rs. 250/- (SC & ST candidates) online using credit/debit card or internet banking.
Certificate Verification: Candidates must attend certificate verification at designated Help Line Centres with original documents and copies including AP POLYCET-2024 Hall ticket, Rank Card, SSC Marks memo, Study or Residence Certificate, EWS certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and Local status certificate.
Option Entry: Candidates need to exercise fresh options in this phase, disregarding previous choices, unless satisfied with their previous allotment and reported at the institution.
Who Can Exercise the Options?
Candidates who have secured seats but are not interested in joining.
Candidates who have not secured seats but have completed certificate verification.
Candidates who have not yet exercised options but have completed certificate verification.
Candidates who have secured a seat, reported, and are seeking a better option.
Candidates who reported or did not report but cancelled their first-phase allotment.
Candidates who attended certificate verification as per the schedule.
The allotment of seats will be published on July 16, 2024, after 6 p.m. Candidates are advised to visit appolycet.nic.in for further updates and details regarding Help Line Centres and vacancy status. This final phase aims to fill remaining seats and accommodate preferences of eligible candidates in AP Polytechnic institutions.
