RUDRAPUR: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur is set to host its annual HR conclave, ‘Samanvaya 2024: Chapter 1,’ on August 31. The event, themed ‘MBA Next: Shaping Tomorrow’s Business Leaders’, will explore the evolving landscape of leadership development, focusing on the critical skills required for future business leaders in a rapidly changing world.
Prof Utkarsh, chairperson of placements at IIM Kashipur, said, “This conclave offers a platform to explore, debate and forge paths that will define leadership in the years to come. We invite everyone to join us on this journey of continuous learning and career evolution.”
The first panel titled ‘continuous learning – staying ahead in a rapidly changing world’, will feature distinguished speakers, including Chandra Shekhar, VP of HR at UltraTech Cement, Yahya Rasheed, global head of L&D at HCL Tech, Umanath Kumar, India & APAC talent manager at Pfizer, and Aravind Warrier, lead – people & culture at Volvo, moderated by Jayendra Kumar Sahu, performance marketing manager at M2P Fintech.
The second panel, ‘future-proofing careers: developing agile mindsets in business leadership’, will discuss strategies for adaptability and resilience in leadership. Speakers, including Sulbha Kaushal Rai, chief people officer at RenewBuy, Ravikanth Venkata Eranki, talent acquisition leader at Cargill, Akanksha Nayal, HRBP at Policy Bazaar, Pandi Alagu Raja, head of people and culture at Deluxe and Ramakrishna Rao, chief learning officer at Page Industries, will share their insights.
