NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) has announced that it will organize the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2025. This exam is conducted for admissions to master’s programs for the academic session 2025-26.
The official website for IIT JAM 2025 will be launched soon. This website will provide important information such as the exam dates, eligibility criteria, syllabus, exam fee, test pattern, marking scheme, and more.
IIT JAM 2025 will be a computer-based test covering seven subjects: biotechnology, chemistry, economics, geology, mathematics, mathematical statistics, and physics.
Candidates who have completed their undergraduate degree or are in their final year are eligible to apply for JAM 2025. There is no age limit for appearing in this exam.

In the previous year, the exam was conducted in two sessions: Session 1 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and Session 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Through JAM 2025, students can gain admission to various postgraduate programs such as MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc-MTech Dual Degree, MS (Research), Joint MSc-PhD, and MSc-PhD Dual Degree programs at the IITs, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and IIEST Shibpur.
