Isro free AI, ML course: Course content and study material
The curriculum of the course offers a thorough exploration of AI, ML, and DL concepts. It covers a range of topics, including an introduction to AI/ML and DL, various machine learning methods such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, and advanced deep learning techniques like CNN, RNN, R-CNN, Faster RCNN, SSD, and YOLO. Additionally, the course includes practical applications through Google Earth Engine and Python programming for developing machine and deep learning models. Study materials, including lecture slides, video recordings, and handouts, will be made available on the eClass platform, allowing participants to access all resources conveniently.

Isro free AI, ML course: Certificate to be issued after completion
Individuals interested in enrolling can apply directly through the provided link. Approval for registration is automatic, and participants will receive login credentials for the ISRO Learning Management System (LMS). Upon completion of the course, with a minimum attendance of 70%, students will be awarded a ‘Course Participation Certificate.’ This certificate will be accessible for download from the ISRO LMS.

The online course offered by ISRO is a part of the IIRS Outreach Programme, which has expanded its scope since its launch in 2007. Initially started with just 12 universities and institutions, the programme now includes over 3,500 network institutes. This broad outreach benefits a diverse range of participants, such as central and state universities, private academic institutions, government departments, forest resource professionals, state forest departments, research institutes, geospatial industries, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
