Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2024: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell of Maharashtra has published the provisional merit list for the first round of NEET UG counselling 2024. This list is important for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical programmes across the state. This year, 59,132 candidates applied for various courses, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B (P and O) programmes.Out of these, 55,781 have been deemed eligible for MBBS and BDS admissions. The merit list includes essential details such as NEET All India Rank (AIR), NEET roll number, CET cell online form number, candidate’s name, gender, category, NRI status, and any special reservations.

In addition to the merit list, the CET Cell will release the provisional seat matrix for Group A — comprising MBBS and BDS courses — on August 27, 2024. Registered candidates are required to fill in their choices between August 27 and August 29, 2024. The seat allotment result for the first round of counselling is scheduled to be announced on August 30, 2024.
