PUBDET 2024 Round 1 seat allotment results: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the Round 1 seat allotment results for the Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test (PUBDET) 2024 today, August 13.
Candidates who participated in the counselling process can access their PUBDET 2024 Round 1 seat allotment letters by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
In order to download the allotment letter, candidates need to log in using their PUBDET roll number and password. Those who have been assigned a seat in Round 1 must confirm their acceptance and pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000 by August 17, 2024.
The notice stated that if a candidate receives an allotment in any round based on their choices, they are required to report to the University and complete all document verification and other formalities. Failure to fulfill these requirements would result in the candidate being ineligible for allotment or upgradation in any subsequent rounds.
The notice also indicated that a candidate with a rank equal to or lower than the number of available vacancies might not be allotted a seat due to the bunching effect, which is addressed in section 2.8 of the PUBDET-2024 Information Bulletin.
The PUBDET 2024 counselling will be conducted in three rounds. The results for Round 2 will be announced on August 21, 2024, and Round 3 results will be released on August 28, 2024.
