NEET UG 2024 Revised Topper’s List: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final re-revised results and scorecards for NEET UG 2024.
According to the updated NEET 2024 merit list, the number of top scorers achieving a perfect 720 has decreased from 61 to 17. Additionally, the NEET 2024 cutoff has been lowered by two marks across all categories.
Initially, there were 67 NEET 2024 toppers.However, after removing the grace marks and reassessing the performance of the 813 candidates who took the NEET 2024 retest (organized for 1,563 candidates who initially received grace marks), the number of top scorers was reduced to 61.

NEET UG 2024 Revised Toppers List
As per the revised merit list, Rajasthan leads with the highest number of toppers (four), followed by Maharashtra (three) and Delhi (two). Bihar, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Chandigarh each have one topper. Here is the list:
