[SINGAPORE] Shares of investment management company Yangzijiang Financial rose on Friday (Sep 12) morning, fuelled by heavy trading.
The counter rose as high as S$1.17, based on Yahoo Finance data. This was 8.3 per cent or S$0.09 above Thursday’s closing price of S$1.08.
As at 9.50 am, its share price eased to S$1.15, still up 6.5 per cent or S$0.07. With more than 28 million shares changing hands, it was the top traded stock on the Singapore Exchange by volume.
Yangzijiang Financial will be added to the Straits Times Index’s reserve list from Sep 22. This list comprises the five highest-ranking non-constituents of the index by market capitalisation.
